Social & Environmental Transition commitments
ABOUT NEOMA
Education is a powerful lever in ecological and societal change, and a school such as
wants to fully play its part in this process.
That is why the School has defined and launched a Social & Environmental Transition policy, which involves developing our campus management practices and programmes, as well as setting an example as a player fully aware of the current ecological and societal challenges.
Our Social & Environmental Transition policy is structured around 3 focus areas
A sustainable eco-friendly and low-pollution campus
Diversity, which has been a priority of NEOMA for a long time and continues to be
Teaching and research
These 3 focus areas are divided into 5 alphabetical objectives:
- A as in « Anti-waste », because we place emphasis on responsible purchasing
and recycling. - B as in « Biodiversity ».
- C as in « CO2 », because we are committed to reducing our CO2 emissions.
- D as in « Diversity ».
- E as in « Education & Research ».
To implement this policy, NEOMA has set up a Social & Environmental Transition department, which operates under the direct supervision of the STUDENT EXPERIENCE DEPT.
In June 2024 the School obtained the “DD-RS” label for its initiatives towards Sustainable Development & Corporate Responbibility. The label is valid for 4 years.
